Job Description

THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST-
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Perform Accounting/Bookkeeping functions as needed by company. 
-Full knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll related activities. 
-Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
-Requires intermediate Data Entry/10-Key skills
-Support documentation with upper level  Accounting Management
-Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
-Utilize computer systems to run databases, and process reports 

Job Requirements

Experience in advanced  Accounting/Bookkeeping functions
Accounts Payable, Receivables, and Payroll Accounting processes
Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
Knowledge of Computerized Accounting programs. 
Advanced Excel and database skills.
Must be extremely detail oriented and highly responsible.
