Seeking a Medical Receptionist/Pt. Registrar  

Greeting and registering patients in a friendly & professional manner 

Answering multi-line telephone

Maintaining up to date patient records and insurance information

Processing insurance authorizations and referrals for patients
Scheduling and confirming appointments for multiple providers

Bilingual a plus, however not a requirement. 




Job Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate these minimum requirements:

1+ years recent experience
Must have excellent rapport with Patients
Answer phones and direct calls
Schedule Patients and obtain Insurance information
Working knowledge of Medical Terminology & Insurance Protocols, HIPPA
Knowledge of Insurance Benefits, obtaining authorizations and referrals desireable
Must have strong work ethic, be reliable and have good initiative. 

Bilingual in Spanish a plus, however not required
